Omni ITW™
Instructional Technology Walkthrough
For K-12 School Districts
Omni ITW turns classroom walkthroughs into a clear picture for the whole district — a 1–4 integration rubric, teacher vs. student use, creation vs. consumption, AI in the classroom, and the coaching follow-ups each visit calls for.

An observation form coaches complete in the classroom on a laptop or tablet, with drafts, evidence notes, and checks for required questions.
A scorecard for the questions that matter: is technology in use, are students the ones using it, is it creation or consumption, and how is it changing month to month.
When a walkthrough flags a support need, a follow-up is created automatically. Track each one from recommended to scheduled to completed.
District supervisors add, edit, reorder, and remove questions. Questions tied to a dashboard measure keep feeding it after rewording, and completed walkthroughs keep their scores.
See the share of observations where AI was part of the lesson, whether the teacher or the students were using it, and what it was used for — lesson planning, differentiation, feedback, and more.
District and school reports with teacher rollups, ready to print or save as PDF, plus a CSV export of walkthrough data.
Every observation is scored on the same 1–4 scale, so a walkthrough at an elementary school reads the same way as one at the high school, and change across the year can be measured.
