What this list covers
A subprocessor is an outside service that handles district information on our behalf so Omni ITW can run. DigitalOcean and Resend are used for every district. Anthropic is used only when the AI assistant is on for a district and someone uses it. SchoolAudit is used only if the district turns on the connection, and information flows only from SchoolAudit into Omni ITW. The bgiya.com analytics snippet runs on public pages only, never on the sign-in page or after signing in.
Omni ITW is hosted in the United States. How each service fits into our handling of district information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
